SPF is non-negotiable in summer—but it’s easy to get it wrong. Many people:
Don’t apply enough (you need at least half a teaspoon for your face and neck).
Forget to reapply every 2–3 hours (especially after swimming or sweating).
Rely on SPF in foundation or moisturiser alone (which often isn’t enough).
