How does the NeoGen treatment work?
NeoGen Evo passes radiofrequency energy through medical-grade nitrogen gas, turning it into pure nitrogen plasma energy.
A hand-held device creates a controlled pulse of heat (reaching between 70 and 120 Celsius) from the plasma, which is precisely delivered to the skin in 15 millisecond bursts.

The colour of lighter skin is less likely to be affected, even at higher NeoGen Evo energy levels.
However, darker skin types, thanks to their higher melanin content, can be prone to discolouration and should be treated at lower energy levels – something the Evo’s broader energy range makes it easier for us to get right.

Most clients who have low-energy therapy tell us their skin feels warm, almost like mild sunburn, once the numbing cream has worn off. Clients undergoing higher-energy treatments may experience slightly more sensitivity. Side effects can include your skin feeling tight for 2–3 days or looking redder than usual. However, downtime can be be up to 7-10 days for the higher energy treatments.
